Refunds
- Amounts credited to your Boatium Logistics account will be refunded back to your account within 45 days.
- Refunds will be processed only after the unpaid invoices are cleared.
- In case fraudulent activities are detected, Boatium Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
Account Closure/Cancellation:
- You may request to close or cancel your Boatium Logistics account at any time.
- Account closure/cancellation will be processed only after all outstanding invoices are cleared and paid.
- For account closure/cancellation requests made after an invoice is created, A final invoice will be issued with all outstanding amounts.
- In case of unpaid invoices or detected fraudulent activities, Boatium Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
